DeFi Saver launches Aave V4 DeFi Explore

We have just launched Aave V4 DeFi Explore, which brings Aave V4 tracking, position insights, and liquidation risk simulation into one simplified dashboard.

DeFi Saver launches Aave V4 DeFi Explore

We’ve already written about Aave V3 DeFi Explore, an informative platform we’ve rolled out to help users monitor Aave V3 activity across 6 different chains, analyze market conditions and real-time protocol stats, and better understand liquidation risk during high volatility.

Today, we’re happy to announce the addition of Aave V4 into the mix.

Aave V4 DFE is specifically designed to help you explore Aave V4 positions across all supported markets and hubs, as well as simulate how future price changes might impact them.

And for this iteration of DeFi Explore, there are a couple of novelties. So without further ado, let’s go over every one of them.

Let’s circle back: What is DeFi Explore?

The very concept of DeFi Explore dates back to 2017, when we first launched MakerDAO DeFi Explore. Since then, it has evolved into a comprehensive platform that currently integrates data for six different protocols across multiple chains. It’s primarily intended to help users track positions more efficiently, optimise their own position management, and minimise liquidations.

Aave V4 DFE further builds on that foundation. And as of now, users can use it to:

  • Instantly view the protocol’s TVL, supply, and borrow amounts, and research specific supply/borrow caps and APYs  for various assets across all supported spokes (markets) and hubs;
  • Filter out specific Aave V4 positions based on asset type, risk and position size (coming soon for Aave V3 DFE as well);
  • Also, simply input any wallet address to locate positions and access a detailed overview of their current state and complete historical activity.

Of course, we could not forget to include our handy liquidation price simulator. By selecting any position that piques your interest, you can access the Price Slider and simulate potential market movements to see how changes in asset prices might affect the position’s overall health.

Any projected changes in position metrics will be highlighted in purple, making it easy to compare with the initial state of the position. Furthermore, if the simulated conditions significantly increase liquidation risk, DeFi Explore will immediately notify you and offer options to help you better understand how to protect your position in such circumstances.

And last but certainly not least, Aave V4 DeFi Explore now lets you track and analyze liquidations across the protocol. Users can monitor the total number of liquidated positions, the total amount of seized collateral, and the volume of repaid debt.

And to make all of this just a tad bit easier,  liquidation data can also be filtered by individual markets, for better insight into market-specific conditions and activity
